Headlight Magic – Refund Terms and Conditions
At Headlight Magic, we are committed to providing high-quality products and unmatched customer service. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right. Please review the full terms below.
1. Refund Eligibility by Product Type
DIY Kits

  • Refunds accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Lightly used kits may still qualify for a partial refund or store credit.

  • Used or contaminated chemicals, open bottles, and heavily used applicators are not returnable.

Pro & Elite Kits

  • Refunds accepted only within 10 days of delivery.

  • Due to the value and nature of these kits, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • No refunds will be issued for kits that have been used or partially used.

  • Headlight Ceramic Coating

  • This is a professional-grade product. If you are unsatisfied with results, we offer tech support and usage tips before authorizing refunds.

  • Open bottles are not eligible for return or refund.

Digital Products, Training, & Subscriptions

  • All sales of digital training materials, downloads, and course access are final and non-refundable once accessed or viewed.

  • If technical issues prevent access, we will provide full support to resolve them or extend access time.

2. Damaged, Missing, or Defective Items

  • Report any missing, damaged, or defective products within 3 days of delivery.

  • We will replace the item or issue credit where appropriate.

  • Please include photos of packaging and items to assist in the resolution process.

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or return:

  1. Email us at help@headlightmagic.com with:

    • Full name and order number

    • Date of purchase

    • Description of issue or reason for return

    • Photo(s) if applicable

  2. Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with instructions or a resolution.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive either a refund, store credit, or product replacement within 5–7 business days.

4. Store Credit & Exchanges

  • In many cases, especially where a partial issue is reported, we may offer store credit for future purchases instead of a full refund.

  • Store credit expires after 90 days, and can be used toward any Headlight Magic product.

  • Exchanges for unused products may be accepted depending on stock, and availability.

5. Shipping Costs & Returns

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, or the error was ours.

  • If a return label is provided by us, the cost may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.

6. International Orders

  • Headlight Magic ships internationally, but brokerage fees, import taxes, and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays or costs caused by customs.

  • Refunds on international orders are handled on a case-by-case basis, and do not include brokerage or customs fees.

7. Warranty & Disclaimer

  • Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials.

  • Headlight Magic is not responsible for misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow instructions.

  • Results may vary based on vehicle condition, climate, technique, and preparation.

  • We offer full support to help troubleshoot performance issues before considering refunds.

8. Abuse of Policy
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns in cases of:

  • Fraudulent or excessive refund claims

  • Abusive or threatening customer behavior

  • Product tampering or dishonest reporting

Shipping Policy Disclaimer
We make every effort to process and ship all orders within 72 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). This timeframe refers solely to order processing and fulfillment. Please note that the shipping method selected by the customer—including any carrier delivery times—is not included within the 72-hour processing window. Once an order has been shipped, transit times and delivery schedules are the responsibility of the carrier.
Headlight Magic – Lost Package Policy
At Headlight Magic, we take great care to ensure your order is packaged securely and shipped promptly. While most orders arrive without issue, we understand that on rare occasions, a package may be delayed, lost, or misdelivered in transit. Our Lost Package Policy explains how we handle these situations.
Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please monitor your tracking information to follow your package’s progress.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, we recommend first checking with neighbors, household members, or your local delivery driver.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit (no movement or scan updates for more than 7 business days):

  1. Contact us at help@headlightmagic.com with your order number.

  2. We will open an investigation with the carrier.

  3. Investigations may take up to 10 business days to complete.

Resolution Options

  • Confirmed Lost Package (not delivered): We will replace your order at no additional charge or issue a store credit/refund, depending on your preference.

  • Carrier-Confirmed Delivery: If the carrier confirms delivery but you did not receive the package, we are not responsible for theft, damage, or misplacement after delivery. In these cases, we will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier and may, at our discretion, offer a discounted replacement.

Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Headlight Magic is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • We strongly recommend choosing a secure delivery location to prevent package theft.

Final Note
Headlight Magic is committed to making sure you receive your products in a timely and reliable manner. If you ever experience a shipping issue, we will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

Terms and Conditions for Google Tap Cards
Independent Service

  1. Headlight Magic is an independent service provider not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Yelp, or any other third-party review platform (collectively referred to as "Review Platforms"). Headlight Magic does not claim any official partnership or connection with these entities. Our service is intended solely to facilitate customer access to Review Platforms and enable customers to provide feedback.

  2. No Control Over Third-Party Content
    Headlight Magic does not have any control over the content, policies, or practices of any Review Platforms. Users acknowledge and agree that any reviews, ratings, or other content submitted through Review Platforms are subject to the respective terms and conditions of those platforms. Headlight Magic shall not be held liable for any actions Review Platforms took concerning customer feedback.

  3. Data Collection and Privacy
    Headlight Magic does not collect, store, or process any personal data from users who interact with our service. The only information utilized by Headlight Magic is the customer’s Google Business listing, which is used solely to generate a short link to direct customers to a review page. No other personal information or data is collected, stored, or shared with any third party.

  4. Subscription Terms
    Headlight Magic operates on a lifetime subscription basis.  Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by submitting a cancellation request via email to info@HeadlightMagic.com Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for any months of service.

These Official Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Participant,” “Entrant,” or “You”) and Headlight Magic, LLC (“Headlight Magic,” “Sponsor,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) governing your participation in the Headlight Magic Free Product for Life Giveaway (“Giveaway”).
BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ENTER.
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY; ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)
No purchase or payment is required to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
1.1 Quick Entry Pass
A Quick Entry Pass may be obtained for a fee of five dollars (US $5.00) and provides twenty (20) entries per pass. Each Quick Entry Pass also includes four (4) digital flyer downloads at no additional cost. Quick Entry Passes are not considered “tickets,” have no cash value, and do not constitute proof of winning or selection. There is no limit on the number of Quick Entry Passes a Participant may purchase, and each pass will be treated as a separate qualifying entry allocation.
1.2 Free Mail-In Entry (AMOE)
To enter without obtaining a Quick Entry Pass, Participants may submit a handwritten postcard including:

  • Full Name

  • Mailing Address

  • Email

  • Phone Number

  • The written statement:
    “I wish to enter the Headlight Magic Free Product for Life Giveaway.”

Limit one (1) free entry per person. Multiple mail-in entries will be discarded. All AMOE entries must be received before the end of the Entry Period.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States and any permitted country, ages 18+. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and their households are not eligible.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway ends upon the earlier of:

  • 5,000 total entries received, OR

  • December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST

4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants may enter through:

  • Quick Entry Pass (PDFs, templates, paid Skool Premium Membership)

  • Mail-In Entry (AMOE)

5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION
5.1 Prize – FREE PRODUCT FOR LIFE
The Winner will receive:

  • Up to $500/month in retail value

  • For 20 years

  • No rollover of unused value

5.2 Maximum Prize Value
$500 × 12 × 20 = $120,000 maximum value
5.3 No Cash Value
Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, or substituted.
5.4 Costs Not Covered
Winner pays all shipping, taxes, customs, duties, VAT, and government fees.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
One Winner selected at random. Announced December 31, 2025 via email, website, and Skool community.
Winner must respond within 7 days or forfeits the Prize.
7. VERIFICATION OF WINNER
Winner may be required to provide government ID, address verification, and additional documents. Failure results in disqualification.
8. TAXES & FEES
Winner is solely responsible for all taxes. Headlight Magic provides no tax advice.
9. SHIPPING POLICY
Winner pays all shipping costs. Headlight Magic is not responsible for delays, customs holds, lost packages, or incorrect addresses.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; RELEASE
Participants release Headlight Magic from all claims related to injury, loss, damages, Prize use/misuse, technical issues, shipping, or inability to use the Prize.
11. FRAUD & DISQUALIFICATION
Headlight Magic may disqualify any Participant who tampers, submits multiple AMOE entries, commits fraud, or violates these Terms.
12. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Winner grants Headlight Magic the right to use their name, city/state, image, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.
13. MODIFICATIONS; TERMINATION
Headlight Magic may modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or legal requirements arise.
14. GOVERNING LAW; VENUE; DISPUTE RESOLUTION
14.1 Governing Law — California law governs.
14.2 Venue — Los Angeles County courts or U.S. Central District of California.
14.3 Class Action Waiver — Disputes must be brought individually.
14.4 Limitation on Claims — Must be filed within one (1) year.
14.5 Attorneys’ Fees — Prevailing party may recover fees.
14.6 Severability — Invalid provisions do not void the rest.
